Your M2 Coach is a real person with a real support staff behind them. They are here to guide you through the new client onboarding process. Within 1 business day of enrolling, you will receive an email outlining how to schedule and how to gain access to your M2 University which includes a personalized, full access Savology account. In addition, we strive to connect with you on a brief introductory phone call to ensure you get scheduled for your first M2 Coaching session, as well as answer any questions you might have regarding your Savology account. Because we use real people, and not chatbots to help you, there may be times when our initial call out to you may be delayed. In those situations, we will send you an email confirming that you have not been forgotten and to let you know if there are any steps that you can take to expedite scheduling.
We will not schedule a coaching session, provide coaching, or grant access to Savology without payment.
